Hand crafted by the kenana knitters of kenya using organic cotton coloured with non toxic bio friendly dyes. Every critter is unique with it's own personality. Each one comes with a card telling the kenana knitter story signed by the knitter. 100% organic cotton filled with new acrylic. 

Kenana knitters is a grass roots organisation located near Njoro (the rift valley area of kenya) founded by Patricia Nightingale, a kenyan woman who wanted to assist local women with a market for their homespun wool. Over time with clever designs Patricia & the knitters transformed the yarn into unique creations. Kenana knitters provides a safe family friendly working environment allowing women to work & take charge of their lives with a decent income using their skills & creativity.
