Platter perfect and ready to entertain with our grazing boards handmade from repurposed mango wood. The mango wood used in the yufka boards comes from trees that are past their best fruiting years. After 20-30 years the mature trees are replaced with saplings. Previously this meant burning the old trees. Now the trees are given a new lease of life lessening carbon emissions and creating a sustainable resource. Apply a food safe oil with a soft cloth periodically to ensure a hard wearing and long lasting product.
