Bush medijina is a first nations business supporting Warningakalina women through sharing traditional knowledge that comes from connection to land, native botanicals, ancestors and stories. Indigenous people have been using bush knowledge and medicines to heal themselves for generations. Located in angurugu on remote groote eylandt in the northern territory, the women harvest wild botanicals from country then create a wonderful range of products by hand. Local bush products are combined with natural and sustainable ingredients sourced from across australia. Cruelty free.

Bush botanicals are combined with soft white kaolin clay to reinvigorate your skin. Kaolin clay is known for its detoxifying and nourishing properties and is gentle enough to use everyday. Perfect for cleansing and gently exfoliating.

Mamaburra or wild peach trees are plentiful on groote eylandt & provide the community with fruit to eat & bark that is used for its calming properties. Mamaburra extract is combined with an oatmeal soap base, white kaolin clay & richly coloured eylandt ochres.

Merrika (broad leaved wattle) leaves are gathered from trees by the beach & in the bush. They are combined with mineral rich kaolin clay in an oatmeal soap base along with crushed seeds, bark & flowers to create a wonderfully exfoliating texture.
