Bush medijina is a first nations business supporting Warningakalina women through sharing traditional knowledge that comes from connection to land, native botanicals, ancestors and stories. Indigenous people have been using bush knowledge and medicines to heal themselves for generations. Located in angurugu on remote groote eylandt in the northern territory, the women harvest wild botanicals from country then create a wonderful range of products by hand. Local bush products are combined with natural and sustainable ingredients sourced from australia. Cruelty free. 

 

This lovely soothing balm is handcrafted with dumburumba (native sandalwood) leaves harvested from the bush and by the beach using methods passed down from mothers, grandmothers and aunties. Blended with rich organic coconut oil and fragrant lavender and tea tree essential oils. Dumburumba is one of the most prized botanicals and are traditionally used to soothe the skin.
